This all started actually because I watched the Food Network Challenge Gingerbread show. Two teams of pastry chefs competed against each other for 8 hours to build 6 foot tall gingerbread structures. Wow! It was amazing to watch and got me all excited about gingerbread.
I told Chaz (my boss) about it, and the two of us started plotting how we could build a gingerbread house at work. He tends to get a bit over the top about things, so I had to remind him that we weren't going to build a 6 foot structure. This year.
